Troubleshooting

We strongly recommend using a high-quality, isolated 9VDC power supply designed for effects, with a 2.1mm center-negative plug. A non-isolated power supply or daisy chain may introduce unwanted noise. Our pedals cannot be battery powered or powered by voltages higher than 9VDC.

No sound or signal: First, confirm the pedal is receiving power (the LED should light up when engaged). Check that your cables are in good working order and seated fully in the jacks. True bypass pedals pass signal when disengaged even without power — if you're getting signal in bypass but not when engaged, that's a useful clue to include when reaching out to us.

Unwanted noise or hum: In most cases, this comes down to power. Try the pedal on an isolated power supply if you haven't already, and test with a different outlet or location if possible. Proximity to computers, fluorescent lighting, or other electronics can also introduce noise in some setups.

International Orders and Package Forwarding

While we’re honored that people around the world are excited to use our pedals, due to shipping logistics, we’re only able to offer refunds, returns, and warranty service for orders shipped within the USA and Canada. Pedals that are forwarded or otherwise moved outside those regions after delivery are not eligible.

Warranty

To the original owner, we offer a one-year, non-transferable, limited parts and labor warranty within the USA and Canada that covers component failure or manufacturing defects. If an issues occurs within 30 days of purchase, we can provide a return shipping label. After 30 days from purchase, shipping is the responsibility of the owner. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging, or a 25% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.
